Refund policy

I want you to love your artwork and enjoy it for many years to come. If you are not 100% satisfied, you may return it for a full refund.

Return window: You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.

How to return: Email me at patmatthewsart@gmail.com or call or text 505-660-2158 with your order number, and I will send you the return address. Please pack the artwork carefully, in its original packaging if possible. Items must be returned in the same condition they were received.

Return shipping: The buyer pays the cost of return shipping. I recommend using a trackable, insured shipping service.

Refunds: Once I receive and inspect the return, I will refund the full purchase price to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

Damaged on arrival: If your order arrives damaged, please email photos of the artwork and packaging to patmatthewsart@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, and I will make it right at no cost to you.
